The Launch Initiative (TLI) is an intensive discipleship and leadership training program designed to give graduated high school students real life experience prior to further education, finding a career, or starting a family.  TLI provides crucial mentoring, living skills training, personal development, and healthy community in the unique camping ministry context of Arrowhead Bible Camp.

The Launch Initiative uses a missions support platform, challenging students to develop a missional mindset, create a network of ministry supporters, and experience lifestyle ministry with the opportunity to complete the program debt free.
